Maresa is a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Maresa obtained her Masters in Kinesiology from UNC-Charlotte, where she specialized in training older adults of different clinical populations. Maresa has experience working with all types of clients, from those with neuromuscular disorders to higher level alpine ski athletes. 

 

Maresa's goal is to help others incorporate exercise into their day to day lives in a manageable way. Her focus with her clients is to teach them how to be healthy while still maintaining a balanced, enjoyable life. Her style of training focuses on fundamental strength training to improve full body health and mobility. Maresa uses mostly dumbbells, barbells, bands, TRX, and a cable resistance machine with help her clients in their workouts.
